MEET SERENITY

Welcome everyone! I am Serenity Sage, an aspiring psychologist on a journey of personal growth and mental health exploration. Join me as I share insights, stories, and resources to help us all navigate the complexities of the mind.

WHAT I’M ABOUT

Advice, stories, questions, and anything mental health related

MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS

I share my journey with my mental health, as well as share stories any of you ask me to share. I want to help anyone I can with what they are going through by sharing stories and showing they are not alone.

ADVICE

I am always open to anyone asking me for advice. I am great at providing sound advice, I am just terrible at taking advice. I am sure just about anything you can ask me about I have gone through or dealt with in some way.

ANSWERING QUESTIONS

Want to ask me something that doesn’t require me giving you advice? That is perfectly fine too! I am an open book and am happy to answer anything you have for me. This is a safe place with no judgement. I am here to help and listen.
